edit: I don't see what's so great about Kendrick Lamar. His music sounds so empty. Not trash talking, I'm just gonna ask what people like in his music.
I don't like that song at all, but I do appreciate the aesthetics those pop Asians put in their video clips. Colors are nice.
As for Kendrick, he brings a lot of originality to the table in regards to hip hop music. He is lyrically very smart, politically on point and a lot of his songs are just straight bangers. Especially in an era where beats are taking over bars he's a true gem. Having that said though, I didn't really like his new album; DAMN. I loved Humble already of course, but the rest just sounded a lot the same to me and was really disappointing. I do realize a lot of people would highly disagree with me and think it's amazing, but that's just my two cents.
I feel the same way about DAMN (Besides the song DNA) and about Kendrick over all. Hostage(Ghost Remix) isn't really the kind of music I listen to but its got a nice beat to it.
Daammmnnn. Was a fan of pop punk songs since 2008. I would listen to ATL everyday when I was 5 years old. Still listen until now. This was released in 2009.
