Anyone can have there own opinion on the matter so no need to throw yours out as fact. The way I see it is with murder you end someone's life, with rape you degrade them to the point that they wish they were dead. Rape is the biggest violation of a person's defenses, murder is just death which comes to everyone eventually, and it isn't going to affect the victim'S mind afterwards due to the fact that they are dead. If they wish they were dead, they can just kill themselves, so it's basically murder.

Murdering the goverment and destroying society, leaving more rapist and murderers out is more ok than little bumfuck with a 11 year old?

I wouldn't say it would be worse than destroying society, however I find it more repulsing than murdering a single citizen.
