You find a rock or a stone somewhere nearby, and use it to break your chains. After that, you swim and pray to god nothing unwanted happens.

Look around the building more, find some kind of hidden door or something.

Honestly, I suck at any percise-detail cnc. I can do big picture ones cnc pretty good tho.
