Sifter means that if you did get the bar full without purchasing VIP, you would have no life.
As in, it would take thousands of posts.
VIP is only like $5, though. Helps out the site and such. I'll probs get soon.

You don't get VIP any other way than buying. If what you're getting at is hoping to get vip that ways then too bad.
