Few playthrough of silent hill and shadow of the colossus as a kid prolly amounts to a few hundred. Lots of Need for Speed as a kid too.

don`t know how to count game hours of old games, or from ps2 games. But I bet I played way too much devil may cry 3 and ecco the dolphin haha :D
for the least most played game, I think it`s skyrim (simply couldn`t deal with the lagginess of my pc)

168 hours on GTA V. I honestly thought 100 hours was a lot. I don't play GTA V much any more. I get sick of games after a while. I even go for months on end where I don't touch any games.

Least played game? In recent memory, The Evil Within. I only have 2 and a half hours of play-time on it, but I did play it at a friend's house for a few hours. It's not that it isn't a good game it's just that I lost interest in games about the time I started playing it. What I played is quite good.

Well on the PC my most played game is Skyrim with 760 hours. If I were to add my hours from console, that would bring it up to 860. My least played game is Doom 3, with not even 20 minutes. But I did play the shit out of it on my original Xbox, so that's why I haven't played it much on PC.

If I could find out my total hours of Halo played I'd probably say that's one of my most played game franchises ever. As for Pokemon, well on Pokemon Y I have 855 hours alone, and I've got 185 on Omega Ruby. I've played a lot of Pokemon in my time. I don't even want to know how many hours I clocked on my Silver, Soul Silver and Platinum versions.
