I'm really nooby and I don't really get it... Do I only get to make 1 thread unless I'm a mod, VIP, or whatever, or just 1 thread per section? If I only get one thread total, please lock this thread, not my thread in the beginner's hall ;) I still need a lot of CC

You only get to make one animation thread in the ranked sections. You can still make multiple threads everywhere else, including freestyle.

You're allowed to have as many threads as you want but only make one in beginners hall. Also please refrain from posting too many threads as it can get to the point of spam. I hope I answered your question! I'm going to lock this if you have anymore questions or I didn't answer this one clearly enough feel free to shoot me a pm!
