By not sucking. You should probably just revise the basics if you want to improve, like a lot. Learn shading, learn all the strokes you can make with a pencil etc. Also study a lot of art from others. Don't look at my shit because I suck as well, but just look at like Peter draws, Mark Crilley and other people that draw well and have like timelapsed/realtime drawing videos and see how they go about stuff.



Nice skirt, Kev. The rest was good too, but I'm not really fond of the fingers on her right hand (left for the viewers at home). They seem a little bit too sharp. That's kinda nitpicky though, just keep doing what you're doing.

Honestly, if someone already thinks he's oh so good he has no reason to take the advice he gets serious so even if I were to say he's good and still give the same advice it'd still not have the same impact.

He'll only get offended by that if he actually feels like he sucks and if he does, that advice should help him to get over his mindset that he sucks, but since his own mindset would make him do that, him stopping to think that he sucks would probably plateau him and just sit there on the same level for forever, which isn't what an artist would want, is it.
