The last drawing on top cracked me up lol. On a more serious note you could have added some shadings or hair textures to the blonde hair because keeping it like that just doesn't seem.. right. You also need to make your lines edgy like so:

Everything here looks amazing to me. You really have a way with weapon design! The laser shotgun as well as the bee weaponry sparked my interest a lot. The Pokemon looked very unique.

You're pretty good at pixel art by the way. I've attempted it myself and it's quite challenging for me. So, I just wanted to say you can pull it off well.
