The one with the black background looks pretty alright. The other one is definitely a lot less of a looker. Red and black are a fantastic color combination, red and white less so considering the subject. The yellow on white looks bad in particular.
I would try working on making the edges look smoother. Even in MS Paint you should be able to get some good looking curves. Zoom in and check for inconsistencies within the lines and try to fix those.
Lol, it's just like me when I made some logo like that dragon in Microsoft Paint. Then something happened to me. You know what? The graphic is pixelated haha lmao. The second picture is so cool mate, did you make it in Paint too?
