Is that painted on a sheet of paper or a canvas? I can't tell.
If paper, it's even more impressive since colors tend to not blend so well in paper.

I think its some sort of water color paper. I don't remember what kind the teacher gave us but it might be bristle paper all i remember is that i accidentally used the smooth side of the paper instead of the bumpy side but it all seemed to work out in the end. Personally i've only really just drawn on paper until now and have only done painting digitally so I'm really happy with how this came out.
Im glad I was able to capture the likeness of my reference photo. :p
