Anyone Have That Blur Stk?

Does anyone have the old blur stk that's used for high speed and teleportation effects? I've been looking for it and I can't find it. It looks like the one used in this video;

Judging on the thumbnail it looks like a normal transparency stick resized slightly. Maybe a few.
If you don't have a transparency figure, there's one I made in this animation. Since it's mine you know it's good.
