Mark, since you're a newbie, I'm gonna assume you didn't pick up on his sarcasm. If you want specific .PIV files, you can contact the creators directly. No-one has all the files except for the flasher, but it's not up to him to give share those.
If you want effects, I suggest you take those out of the .piv files directly. You can also find many figures on Droidz.org.
