I mean since we have new members on here and that we rarely ever post in this area, I thought it would be a good idea for us to get back into debating stuff

Strawberry muffins hold dominion over all grocery store bakery items

Muffins, they just look more appealing.

I'd have to go with cupcakes. I could eat a cupcake once a day, I don't know if I could eat a muffin everyday though

Hmm, Isn't a Cupcake basically a Muffin but with frosting?

The way you create a muffin and a cupcake are different. A muffin is baked like a muffin, where as cupcakes are usually baked like a cake. This means they have different textures. Muffins usually have an additive like a berry or chocolate or something. Where as cupcakes usually have frosting and no additives. They are pretty similar though.

Sorry for going off topic here, but how is this a debate?

I have no clue, but I would just let it go. To stay on topic, I would prefer muffins. The cupcakes are so sweet they hurt, and most of the ones I've eaten contain very little except sugar frosting.
