I hope they literally just take this fanart and use it.

When I first saw that fan art I thought it was legit. I would be fine if they just copy pasta'd that design if 2nd gen starter Megas were made official.

Yeah part of me hopes that gamefreak saw that shit and is gonna do something similar.
That smoke mane is fucking genius.

Mega Typhlosion will be awesome as fuck if they just give it a little speed and special attack boost. Real sweep material.

Mega Meganium sounds pretty dope though.

Honestly, with Tyhplosion's move pool, I hope they make him a mixed/physical sweeper. I mean, Earthquake, Wild charge and Flare Blitz at his disposal? His physical move pool is so much broader than his special move pool.

True, but I dislike having to rely on recoil moves when you have no form of recovery. Also, they'd have to turn down his special attack to utilize the extra points more, since his base attack is pretty poor normally. Also, no Eruption.

Either way, physical Typhlosion would still be pretty cool.

After originally not being too excited for ORAS at all when they were announced, I must admit I'm pretty hyped right now. Not just because of all the sexy new Mega Pokemon, but because it's shaping up to look like a great game. Plus, it'll be good for me to play them as I never really played Gen 3. I was in that angsty teenage stage where Pokemon was for babies and I wouldn't be caught dead playing it. Oh what a fool I was.

Lucky me, I was about 8 when those generations came out! Sapphire was my first girlfriend.

My first game was Gold but Ruby was definitely the only I played the most on my young days.
OH MAN THE CABLE LINK BATTLES WERE THE BEST.
Still will just buy whatever has the Altarialite.

Same here, although that was about the only one I played in my early childhood. Played a little of Blue as well because my brother had it.
Fucking Pokemon Snap and cable battles were the best.

The first Pokemon game I played was Red, but my first personal game was Silver. I clocked easily 1000 hours in that game, and that's not an exaggeration. I also had almost every Pokemon in the game. The only Pokemon I didn't have was Celebi, but that's because the only way you could obtain him was with Game Shark. And neither me or any of my friends had one.

For any Ausfags (I'm assuming it's only me and Mitch) a Diancie distribution event has been confirmed. It'll run from November 10 to November 28. It has not yet been specified which venues will host the event. Although I can almost guarantee EB will be doing it.

On a completely unrelated note. Mitch, are you Reap on AA?

For the Dutch people (if any), up until November 5th you can get shiny Gengar at an Intertoys (and also Bart Smit I think), after that it'll be Diancie instead.
