I'm trying to figure out if the tapping sound is coming from the game or the video of you smashing the shit out of your keyboard. Idk how your eyes move that fast. I'm pretty good at guitar hero, but that looks a lot more difficult.

It's coming from the game video. You also get better at reading osu! the more you play, though I am shit at AR10.

Guys is it possible to play insane+ maps with a mouse and are there any pro players who use a mouse? Im asking this cuz i think i kinda reached my limit with a mouse (cant pass #80k) and i cant really move my hand that fast. Do i need to get to the next level and buy a tablet?

CptnXn, Doomsday, Fun Orange, Raiku, PeaChick (I think) all use a mouse. You can get to a high rank using mouse, but it is harder.
Try changing your mouse sensitivity if you cant move your mouse fast enough.
