Steam Lag

Aye guys, I need some help. Recently, my games have been running like shit, and lagging every few seconds when I try to play certain games. The only games that lagged at first were TF2, and any other source game, but now, all my steam games are lagging. The thing is, all of my non-steam games run just fine. Help?
