Looks like an absolute downgrade from DkS2.

-Heat Factor: New boss mechanic

I think they're talking that the release date of the PC is negotiable. In the video they say, "release on Xbone/PS4 2016, PC negotiable." I think they just misinterpreted it.

I just don't see why?

Why can't they do the PC Port (of which DS2's was amazing and accounted for 36% of ALL DS2 sales) and release it at the same time as the console versions?

I'm pretty sure Microsoft and Sony just want as many console exclusives as they can, otherwise there'd really be no reason to buy the consoles (aside from budget maybe but that only goes for casuals and what casuals play fucking dark souls)
