F.E.A.R Series Scariest/Creepiest Moments?

Hi guys, thought this might be an interesting thread, what is your scariest/creepiest moment in the F.E.A.R games, whether they involve Alma or not, or have one Alma moment and one non-Alma moment listed?

Mine scariest Alma moment so far is in F.E.A.R 1, in one of the first few levels, where you're crawling through an air vent and she comes crawling down the vent towards you.

My creepiest non-Alma moment is after you get to Armacham HQ I believe, you climb up a ladder and at the top, the phantom of Jankowski or whoever, the guy Jin and your director keep talking about having weird life-signs and stuff, just leans around the corner, looking at you and whispers "They left her in the dark. They left her to die."

So yeah, my moments so far, I haven't actually played F.E.A.R 2 yet and I've only ever completed F.3.A.R, so I haven't seen every creepy scene in the game yet.

That's pretty much the entire game summed up into one sentence.

This was a part I remember specifically because it was the only part that really caught me off guard. I didn't expect to see her as I started climbing down the ladder and being as young as I was, it really freaked me out, but watching it now makes me laugh at how scared I got from it.
