This little countdown teaser is the first major Fallout 4 teaser. At this point it's official that Fallout 4 has been confirmed and we may see trailers and gameplay very, very soon. However, that isn't all there is, as we also have confirmation that the game is going to be set in the Commonwealth, as seen when you look at the source code and see "<script src="/57601643.institute.js"></script>". As quite a few people who played Fallout 3 would know, the Institute is a faction in the Commonwealth, which is post-war Massachusetts. Thus we have confirmation as to where Fallout 4 will be set and there's even a chance that the protagonist will be an android, a pre-war human preserved through cryogenics or just some random wastelander. Beyond that, we can only imagine what the game will have to offer.

Even tho I really didn't care for Fallout 3 or NV that much, looking forwards to what Bethesda can produce in the next one.

I'm a huge fan of the fallout franchise, but this thread is really dumb.
Side note, Fallout 4 being set in Boston makes me happy.
