Pokemon Emulators

Postby tuna » Tue Jun 10, 2014 12:56 pm

Could anyone post a link to a few Pokemon Emulators? All the X and Y emulators are fake because something about 3DS games means it can't be done from what I've found out. But I'm more interested in the oldies anyway.

Cheers.

Emulators are of the consoles, not the game itself

You're thinking of ROMs. I'd give you a link to ROM sites, but you have to say that you already owned these games physically before I give links to keep it within the rules/legal.

I can't stop you from googling it however.

Yeah, I had Pokemon red for Gameboy advance when I was small but that's long gone (either lost or broken etc) That's the one I'm interested in recovering most.
I still have Pokemon Black, Pearl and Platinum for DS somewhere.

Awesome, thanks :)

Edit: Oh my gosh I just found my old game boy and charger :D :D If I can find some games I think there will need to be some celebration.

Edit: :D :D :D I've just found THE ORIGINAL Mario, Donkey Kong, Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets (With the save file from ten years ago too :o), Rayman, Leapfrog (Which unfortunately has stopped working though) All at once! So much nostalgia :'D

Still gonna search for Fire Red, it must be around somewhere

Dude you should look into pokemon zeta and omicron, theyre like soul silver and heart gold, but with all of the pokemon plus some fan made ones or something. I got it and it was pretty good, not completely finished but theres more content than most of the early games. They have the first region done, just not all of the second region. So they still have more than 8 gyms and I think an elite 4, not sure about that.

anyway heres their website.

One of the cooler things is that you dont need an emulator to run it or anything.

you're also supposed to keep it in pm

i fail to see how posting an illegal link is supposed to be ok just because he said he owned the game

not entirely sure why tuna didnt just google either since they're pretty easy to find
