The way spy was holding the revolver made me instantly think of this picture.
Very nice looking animation nevertheless. Makes me want to learn sfm as well.

Judging by your reference, it's pretty good. I think what might make it look better is exaggerating the parts where his feet are spread out. In the reference video you can tell how much he actually kicks his feet out before putting his foot back down in front of him, but in your version of it he doesn't kick his legs out that far.

I think a simple fix you could do to make it look more energetic would be to show him bouncing a little more. In the reference video you can see the hop in his steps, but in yours his waist is pretty much stationary.

The upper body looks spot on, maybe there's a tiny jitter in his right arm (our left) when it loops, but nothing major. Overall it's pretty good, but you might want to try loosing his legs up a bit more. Did you animate his shadow as well, or does the program do that for you automatically?

Hey ray, how's it going? :) (scared
It didn't loop well, I can't figure out why.
Te shadows are generated automatically.
That kicking out was so hard to match, I made it way much further away, but it was too fast. I guess. So I tried to alter the position to make the animation easy to follow..

yes, you hase such a good eye. Couldn't figure out how to make a good bounce now.

but as always, thank you alot for your review and opinion. makes me want to learn and to improve.

first impression counts right :D
I learned not to try to get stuff perfect, it was the reason I didn`finish a single thing in the last month. My timespan for animating simply doesn`t allow it. Having a job, a soulmate, friends, household, cats, and all needs time. Trying to be satisfied with 50-80% of what I want to have.
And see, there is an animation! and it will hopefully get finished too! imperfect, but it is here.

also aking faces is horribly fun.

Very nice animation, of course it doesn't have to be as perfect as a Pivot animation, the spectator can easily be distracted by silly little things (like that funny face (:P )
But in pivot, the main focus is on the movement, so yeah. Don't lose your time on refined movement that won't likely get noticed enough.
