Not Illegally actually, there is an old program called Macromedia Flash 8, which is what many people use.
The company was bought out by Adobe, and Adobe doesn't own the license for Flash 8. So Downloading it isn't illegal.

I should animate for it, but from past experience animating stick figures in Flash isn't my forte. I'll probably try to get something done!
