It looks like you are a really new animator, at least in pivot. You need to practice easing. If you have any questions about easing, the basic rundown is that objects need time to slow down or change absolute direction. Otherwise your movements look cartoonish and unnatural. I think you need to practice some animation fundamentals--spacing, easing, weight, etc. Reference the tutorial forum for lots of helpful topics about these concepts.
