You can get Flash 8 for free legally.

Finding an actual free download for it is like finding the hay in the needle pile, but each needle is a virus

Flash is not for free but it's very easy to find the serial number in YT.

The line tool is probably a good way for Pivot users to transition into flash, I agree.

Quite likely because everyone is a Flash noob and doesn't realize you can thicken a line from the line tool.
