Nice animations. I already commented on the walk cycle, so I'll cc the other animations.

Run cycle is a good attempt, however, it sort of looks like he's landing on his foot. This is happening because when his foot touches the ground it slows down a lot for a few frames. Keep it moving fast.

The fight animation is a bit shaky and stiff. To eliminate stiffness, move every joint of the stick-figure in every frame (except for well, when they're standing). Getting rid of shakiness is just what I showed you in Entrance Hall. :) The combos in the animation are nice!

Mitch's Tutorial might help a lot. Also, you've got a good attitude to animation which can get you far. Keep at it. :)

These are pretty good for your first few animations! I won't throw a bunch of advice at you since Jojishi covered most of the basics, but you're off to a good start.

Just remember when you're finished with your animation, watch it on replay a few times. Try and pick out jitters in your spacing. If you find out what frame it's happening on, edit the frames to smooth it out. If it's hard to find the jitters, try reducing the frame rate, it might make it easier.

At this stage it's best to keep animating what you want, and how you want, but do your best to take in everyone's advice and apply it. You'll get better in no time!

Yeah man, you're getting better. More weight and movement of the joints. I'd suggest try doing a wider range of easing/slow-in, slow-out. Like 1 pixel movements to lots(?). But keep up the good work.
Honestly, I suck at any percise-detail cnc. I can do big picture ones cnc pretty good tho.

I like your newest animation but there are some things you should work on.
For example adding more frames for each movement you make and easing the movements to make them more understandable, you should also keep your eyes more towards the Tutorial section and definitely check out Mitch's tutorial which Jojishi already linked in his earlier post. Also you can look at other peoples threads and download some pivot files to study them and get better by applying their movements in your animations just different situations so it doesn't look like you stole them.

*A wild beginner tip appears*
Move every joint(red dots) in every frame.

Things you should put your main focus on in your animations for now:
Fixing Foot placement
Fixing Stiffness
Fixing Easing
Fixing Spacing

Once you get better with all of this I'll check out your thread again and comment on what you should work on next but for now just work on the things I listed above.

Courtesy returned.

Keep it up !

oh really nice. I like how you do the basics now.
Practice makes perfect. If you are out of ideas I highly recommend to check these threads:

Pivot Points: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=4060
Pivot Practice Combos: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3837

you'll probably get more advice there if you are looking for some ^^

Keep it up dude ! (thumbsup

Blademaster gave some good advice. You've still got a bit of shakiness, so just keep trying to improve on that. Also, when you update be sure to make a new post saying "update". This will bump your thread to the top of the Beginners Hall and people will know you've updated. Even if it's a double post it's okay in this situation. :p
