There's a minimum requirement of 300 frames. No maximum though.

How long do you think your animation will be? I accepted Senzo's 3 minute long entry in the DDC12.

Thing is, it's not full on fighting, it's more like a cinematic. It's the one I showed on my thread with the snow. I'd say it's going to be like 2-3 mins tops. I can make a shortened version for the collab that is more action packed since I'm guessing the original music and sound effects are going to be cut?

Yeah, the collab won't have sound effects. A shortened version sounds good, although it could be fine with the cinematics. Would you be able to send both versions when you're done (so I can see what they're like)?

Also, if you're saving the animations yourself, they need to be in 1080p and anti-aliased. When you're exporting, be sure to put super sampling at 4 and scale the animation appropriately when the box with 100% pops up. Vertical width needed (1080) / vertical width you have gives percentage needed. I.e. 1080 / 360 = 3. 3 * 100 = 300%. Sorry if you already know this, but if you are unsure and I haven't explained things well, just let me know.

Will do, thanks. I used the ratio calculator provided to check my current size 1280 to 720 and it seems to be the ratio you want it.

I'm happy to say that Sifter will be flashing the collab now. Originally I would have done it, but an injury I'm dealing with has changed plans. With how Sifter's managing Shadow-Lith 2 this collab is likely in safe hands, plus he's very enthusiastic to do it.

How are your entries going guys? I received an awesome entry from Math, with others including Ussay and Paperv + wraybies. A little less than a month left and I'm excited to see what you guys make.

Is this happening regardless of how many entries get sent?
Is there a point where theres so little content it's not worth it to make a collab? Makes me kinda sad to think about it.
