I really think your newest animation is great, however I did see some small mistakes here and there.
First off should fix those shaky legs and feet, your foot placement kinda made the animation drop in quality and just made it look slightly worse.
You should try making the movements flow together more because it looked like you didn't know how to transition in the next pose, also the pose you started the whole animation off is bad, you should definitely make the starting pose more realistic.
Keep an eye one your stickmans head and you will see that it gets more and more out of place as the figure keeps doing what he's doing, to prevent this you should space the head out better so it doesn't look so out of place at times.
I hope you find something useful in my comment and improve.

Ohh, you understood me wrong by transitions I meant that you should make the movements flow better so when you do the next attack your animation flows better. I hope this makes more sense.

yeah i've gone through wraybie's a few times. as derelict said in my thread, backflip is a good practice that covers all basic in animation. kind of.
