Your new backflip is definitely an improvement from the last, and it looks really good. The thing I think you should work on right now is the foot placement of the stick. Right now your sticks feet are wobbling a little bit, just look at the onionskin and you should be able to place the feet on the same spots on every frame.

Really nice improvement there. I especially love the pose after he landed. I like the fluidity of it, I would just focus on, like Zaaz said, the foot placement, and I would elaborate your reactions a bit more. Example, when he lands, take more frames to really focus on making it fluid to match the rest of the animation. If I worded that weirdly let me know and I'll try to explain better.

when i got some free time i will practice other tricks and when i can do most of them i can do a combo :)
