The attacks look weak because your poses are weak. If you tried making them more extreme (leaning in more and stuff), you would probs achieve a stronger looking attack

what flame said. remember, your poses arent necessarily what the pose should look like in real life. they are representations of what a pose would look like in real life. so if you're trying to do a punch pose, you can exaggerate it to make it more clear to the audience that the character is punching.

for example, if you want to represent a strong punch pose, think about all the things that make a punch look strong (wide stance, fully outstretched arm, counter motion with the other arm, leaning the torso forward) and exaggerate them. remember, this pose isnt what it would look like in real life, it just represents them

so, my dude

here is an example of a terrible weak punch. notice how, yes, the stance is fairly wide, the arm is pretty much outstretched, the other arm is in counter motion (its moving in the opposite direction to the punching arm), the torso leans forward. however, it is incredibly weak.

Spoiler:

here is the example of a good, strong punch. the stance isnt just wide, its wider. the arm is fully outstretched, but its also made slightly longer with the ctrl key, to exaggerate how outstretched it is. the arm in countermotion isnt just moving in the opposite direction, if first anticipates the punch by being way out front, and swings wayyyy up behind him so that it's right at the limit of how far your shoulder joint allows your arm to go. the torso starts by leaning back and then leans wayy forward.

Spoiler:

now isnt that nice and strong! of course, theres other things at play here. the poses are much better, but also there's a heavier contrast in spacing between the anticipation and the actual punch. additionally, the whole body is in counter motion. this is unrealistic but it represents a powerful punch, because it suggests that the punch has so much force that the equal force it exerts on the rest of the body is powerful enough to stop it from continuing forward. if that makes sense. it does to me anyway hahah. good luck with your next anim

Fear not!
Because I have the solution!
Just add a fuckton off tremors to hide it, it works really well, and makes you a better animator!
Remember to hide all your flaws with effects and such too, really helps get you through some hard parts.
