Nice spacing and poses and all, and I know this came from a realistic sword practice as a reference, but don't forget one of the principles of animation which is "Exaggeration". Don't be afraid to sacrifice some realism to add some sort of appeal to the sword movements. I personally think this is why most anime/cartoons/video games have this edgy flinging-the-sword-around sorta moves; not to be realistic, but to be exaggerated and more appealing for people to view. Not saying that you should get into those moves, you can still make realistic sword movements in terms of choreography, but try to play around with the timing and spacing and the poses and stuff. Kinda like your old 2h sword practices.
I also half expected for you to add some sort of personality to the figure like you usually do, but this is practice so eh.
