Is that the massive project you were talking about?
The characters seemed cool and interesting, however the yellow dude is holding the sword akwardly, its like he want to slice his own neck(if this is an idle pose)
The background doesn't fit the character at all since they are colorfull, except of course this is still a wip and youll add more to the background. Good luck with it!
