I've been running a sun team lately. I actually had a match against mitch, his clefable almost killed my butt. The team is supposed to run around Houndoom, but he never gets much shine as bringing him in is tooo dangerous most of the time since it is super frail

Spoiler:
Houndoom @ Houndoominite
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Flamethrower
- Dark Pulse
- Solar Beam
- Nasty Plot

Ninetales @ Heat Rock
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- Will-O-Wisp
- Substitute
- Pain Split

Trevenant @ Lum Berry
Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Horn Leech
- Leech Seed
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Dragon Tail
- Scald
- Toxic

Noivern @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Boomburst
- Flamethrower
- Focus Blast

Mamoswine @ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash

Even though my Mamo is the only physical attacker on my team it has been doing decently (At least in the few onlines I've had with it), and when I'm able to set up a nasty plot my Houndoom breaks havoc.
Also Defensive Blastoise is a beast, it can survive a +2 dragon claw from a mega zard x and dragon tail him out. That saved me from a sweep once haha.

Oh and Mega Sableye gets Magic Bounce. iunno if I'm late on that but I just found out lol
http://www.pokemonrubysapphire.com/en-u ... ga-sableye

Sableye has concentrated all of the energy from its Mega Evolution into the red jewel on its chest, which increases in size and detaches from its body. This enlarged jewel boasts incredible hardness, and it is said that no attack can even make a scratch on it!

When Sableye Mega Evolves, its Defense and Sp. Attack stats both get big boosts. Its Speed stat does decrease slightly, perhaps because of the weight of its huge jewel. Thanks to its Magic Bounce Ability, any moves that affect only stats or status conditions will be bounced back at its attacker.

So basically it's gone from a utility-esq wall based around trickster to a straight up wall.
Honestly this is a good thing because Sableye's biggest real weakness was getting out stalled by toxrecover walls like Jelicent and Quagsire. At the same time he isn't as big a threat to offensive pokes anymore though.

Ah, didn't even know Mega Sableye got Magic Bounce, that actually makes a lot of sense... Still won't use him though, considering I never liked Sableye to begin with. Since the original Sapphire days I always thought he was a very uncool Pokémon.

Just did a battle on Showdown, because why not. This team is too powerful.

I actually think he didn't have any better Pokémon left for him and Body Slam just did the most damage.

I've been playing some Pokemon white on my DS. I haven't actually completed the game just yet but this is the 3rd or 4th time playing it though.
My current team is

Spoiler:
Serperior lvl 46
Leech seed
Giga drain
Leaf blade
Slam.

If it's a tough pokemon/trainer only has one pokemon and it's a good one, I love using leech seed and giga drain, I pretty much get all my health back after each go, and if I faint, the pokemon's still leeched (y)

Amoonguss lvl 45
Clear smog
Sludge bomb
Synthesis
Giga drain

Love this pokemon, lasts in battle because it's got lots of health and pretty good defence/special defence and it's ability means it's got a 1:3 chance of poisoning, paralysing or sleeping the other pokemon if it uses a physical move.

Ferroseed lvl 45
Metal claw
Facade
Payback
Power whip

Total beast, pretty much best defence/special defence you can get + the ability iron thorns means that if the opposing pokemon attacks with a physical attack it deals quite a lot of damage. I also gave it a rocky helmet to hold, so basically if he's attacked with a physical move it cuts down their HP by about a third. And he's barely affected because he's got so much defence and also the combination of grass and metal means a lot of moves are not very effective.

Throh lvl 45
Revenge
Storm throw
Slam
Strength

A lot better than his counter-part, Sawk. Pretty good defence/special defence, lots of HP and attack. Bit on the slow side but he holds a quick claw so sometimes he gets to move first.

Tornadus lvl 46
Extrasensory
Fly
Acrobatics
Payback

Bit of a speed demon, legendary pokemon (although there are too many of those in black and white but still means he's a good pokemon).

Stoutland lvl 45
Surf
Ice fang
Crunch
Reversal

Good all rounder. I'm probably going to swap him out for Reshiram when I catch him (I'm nearing the bit when I catch him). I'll miss him, he was the first pokemon I caught but unfortunately he is the weakest link.

Haven't played in awhile but here was my favorite team in my pokemon showdown. Some of my files were lost so I'm about 99% sure swampert wasn't apart of it.

(NO ONE KNOWS THE HELL KATIE CAN DO)

Spoiler:

I went through a lot of names, NoPivot4You, Banned, Fate, Ponyo
