Stripes wanted the stick, obviously it wasn't posted for you, and that particle effect can easily be made, in fact it is probably the easiest effect to make the stick for apart from simple ball particles. Make it yourself or get it from any of the thousands of available .piv files that have it in it. Fuck's sake man.
