Yeah I'd say so. That was fantastic! everything was animated so smoothly. The water effect was great, however I think it would have looked better if you had finished it. The underwater scene was probably the weak point of the animation. It went by a little too fast. I think that a nice way to lengthen it would be to have him recover and start swimming back up. Because I thought he had died until he came out of the water. Which was a really nice scene and was done really well. Really nice job. A couple more like that, with some more intricate moves could result in a move up because this one looked pretty close to inters.

Try searching up a video on youtube of a guy or girl swimming underwater and just study the video and the way the person moves. Maybe pause and play the video in certain areas in order to get a better look at some key poses they are in while swimming. Then just try and replicate those poses in your animation and edit the animation till it looks relatively close. That's the best advice I can give you for trying to animate something you have never animated before. Pull up a real life example and study it.
I really did like this animation. Compared to the rust breaker animation you've improved drastically and in the timespan of just one animation. I'm looking forward to what you come up with next. :)
