I dont have anything to say, it looks nice, but right before the dash i think i see a short frame of shakiness.

nice anim but still i felt some posing problems and the camera movement felt odd to me. the front land wasnt moving and the back mounts were moving. i guess it should be the other way round but still the mount should move

update, i watched a tutorial on pivot tube polski and i'm trying some things. here is a power test

Looks more like an easing test.

When you ease a movement in the end, it gets weaker, try to do a little follow through after the move to show the weight of the strike.

You still have a lot to work on. I'd suggest you to focus on improving your movements and I'd recommend using just 2 joints for the back instead of three to make it easier no animate. Focus on the basics and feel free to PM me for specific CC on any new animation you make.
