Not Illegally actually, there is an old program called Macromedia Flash 8, which is what many people use.
The company was bought out by Adobe, and Adobe doesn't own the license for Flash 8. So Downloading it isn't illegal.

The person/s who owns/owned the company still has full rights under the software's name for 20 years after getting it copyrighted, so it is not free unless it is actually giving out for free by said persons or 20 years of the contract has passed

All day the programs been closing randomly

My flash used to freeze and then close...

I think it was because I didn't save the file and it tried to autosave it, but couldn't so it crashed. Something like that. Flash's a shitty program.

Flash8 is shitty because it can't handle a huge amount of symbols in stage. Although, CS6 kinda took care of that.

8 is a classic and good for people who don't mind having a few missing tools that Flash CS3+ would have, I prefer Flash CS6 because it has more features to it, the line tool of more user friendly and its more up to date

I've never used Flash 8, though I did accidentally download THIS version of Flash once and find it impossible to use. I don't even think it's made by the same people. It's utter bullshit lol. Even a simple task like drawing a Stick-man was literally impossible (All lines auto-connect to the line before, so the most I could get is a torso and maybe one limb)
