Not bad, but try to keep your feet planted in the ground. The stick figure is standing up, so his feet aren't going to slide across the floor like that. And when I say planted, I mean try to keep them in the exact spot the entire time until he walks/falls. Watch some foot placement tutorials to get a better understanding. Other than that, your movements are a bit shaky, and the animation overall was a tad choppy.

I can't understand how the swordsman is moving his legs o.o
Also, the movement of the sword is far from being fluid. It has many irregularities.
Same thing for the stickman on the right : he's going up, and nothing push him to the right when the sword slice him.

In fact, you focused too much on blood. Focus on movements first.

Idk man. Watch some animations made by inters. Watch how their feet move compared to yours. You need to keep them exactly in the same spot. Don't move them like that like you did in the sword animation, they shake around. Watch some foot placement tutorials..

The blood is pretty dang sweet, to be honest. But I agree with Anton, work on basics first.

Dude, that's much better. Not perfect, but it was there. Try doing a walking animation but using that same technique. Or maybe even a punch would be great. Simple stuff like that will help your foot placement.

You should work on making your animations smooth and flowy. Your animations are choppy and shaky, which means there are lots of times where, say, a stick is moving his arm up, but for one frame it moves down. Avoid that.
On the topic of smoothness, make sure the speed doesn't instantly shift. It's okay to ease, but that's a whole different thing. Choppy movements are, well, let's use the example from before. A stickman starts moving his arm up, then, it gets really fast all of a sudden, and then it instantly slows back down.
Also, work on your foot placement. Once you've mastered those three things, I'll talk to you about easing. Also, lay off the effects a little bit. Animate more movements.

I'm excited to see more, you're definitely improving!

Nice animation, but the footplacement is off when he punches. He punches, and his foot just slides forward. In real life, your foot stays still for a punch, you just lean forward a little depending on the force of it.
