I was just wondering what the purpose of the friend and foe option was on this forum. Is the foe portion to let someone know that you hate them? haha

The purpose of the foe feature is to hide every single post of someone you dislike. Add someone to your foe list and his posts will be hidden.

Sifter might be right, because I don't even know.

I once wondered if I should add a member to the foe list when I am in a pivot war with that person. Aaaaah, old times.

I know because I have people on my foe list. And it works like a charm. Now I don't have to be irritated by some people's posts anymore.
