the back is stiff at the beginning and that little step is weird, i like the kick though

Your animations are amazing. I was really blown away by the skateboard animation with the 3D on it. You've got a great sense of spacing, easing and flow in general.

For the newest it looks really good, but with the kick it looks like less of a kick and more like he's pushing his foot out. You need change in spacing for it to look powerful. The foot should space out a huge amount on the frame where the leg is straight kicking out. Other than that lack of power in the kick, I'm really liking your style. Keep it up. Looking pretty damn close to Intermediate if you want a rank. Just another couple of animations and you'd probably get it.
