Winamp, it's just a rainmeter skin going on there I keep winamp minimized most of the time.

It really is not it doesn't have any support anymore as far as I know. It just uses less resources which helps my low tier computer.

It actually synchronizes with Ventrilo. It doesn't really matter because not many people use Ventrilo anymore. I used to love winamp when I had my shitty laptop, so I know the feel. I usually just leave youtube open now.
