Alright, for a moment here I'll attempt to set aside all prejudices regarding personal taste (I don't really like anime and manga in Pivot but whatevs) and focus on just the animation itself, objectively (or at least as close as possible).
Firstly - for a 3-minute animation, there isn't much going on. You get the typical anime-looking scenes with closeups on eyes and mouths, and text covering up half the screen. There isn't nearly as much dynamism or actual movement as I would have expected, but for an animation this long you managed to keep the standard pretty consistent throughout.
The scene at around 1:30 was very pleasing to watch, in fact if I were to watch it out of context I would've said it can't be Pivot. I don't know whether you had some sort of reference for it or not, but either way that's not for me to say - it was well portrayed and that's what matters.
I generally tend to abstain from commenting on anime-based works but this time I felt like it was necessary. You did well, and I appreciate it.
Now, based on your other non-anime pivots, I must say the move-up was well deserved and you truly belong here. Given time and motivation you're easily going to release more high-quality animations, as is expected.
Good luck with your future projects! Hoping to see more normal stickmen being animated by you, I like your way of doing it.
