Re: Mem's Thread.
Hello Mem(phis), welcome to TDD. There isn't much to say about the animation, but do keep updating your thread. Hoping to see more from you soon.
Re: Mem's Thread.
Hey, welcome. There's a lot of static frames and it's pretty short so it's hard to critique your animation. Do you have anything longer than that?

Re: Mem's Thread.
The RHG animation was pretty cool, although a bit on the short side. I agree with Flame that it needs more easing.
The easing test looked good. There could have been a little bit more easing at the start, but the end of it looked great! Foot placement is a bit sketchy though, so try to improve on that where possible.
One last thing: When you update, editing your post won't bump your animation to the top. You need to edit your first post, and then make a new post saying update. This will bump your thread to the top of the animation section so people know that you've updated.

The animations aren't bad at all, but they're a bit short tho'
Re: FMem's Thread.
Update, and, now for some reason, I don't have to wait 10 years for my post to go up! YEY!

If you don't think something is threadworthy, you can always post it in the freestyle section.Mem wrote: Don't ask about this. PLEASE
As for your animations; in about half of your animations you don't have proper foot placement, foot placement is one of the key fundamentals of pivot, so you should focus more on making sure you're placing your sticks feet correctly. You also lack realistic poses, try and think about how you move around in real life, how far you can bend your knee or place your feet before you're about to fall stuff like that.
Your movements are kind of unrealistic. When you animate try and do a movement yourself. For example, if you're animating a walk in your animation, you might walk around in real life for a little bit to get the feeling of the movement rather than doing the movement blindly. Try to bring more natural movements into your animations.
Your animations are also quite short and unfinished. When you begin a project think about how and why you're doing a movement, and then try and think of the next movement and so on. Try to have your animations more planned out.
I hope this can help you improve even further than you already have.

Sorry I had to. The rest of the CC is still valid thoughReap's Tut wrote:If anyone CC's your foot placement call them autistic and completely ignore anything they have said.
From what I can see you need to work on poses, specifically balance. Also moving the lower back more wouldn't hurt. Otherwise they look very good. If only they were longer.
