its up to you to make a request to be inters tbh if youve had a recent moveup thread which was downvoted. then we'll make a moveup thread.

That would technically be the mandated number because every entry animated with a different fps would look very weird. I'm not really sure if all the collabs work like this tho, I wish we all could animate with the fps we are used to.

It's just a minimum of 300 frames. For reference, Senzo's entry in the DDC12 was well over 2000 frames. Quality is prioritised over quantity but if you can balance both then awesome. :p
