Donald Trump has won

Postby Jojishi » Wed Nov 09, 2016 8:38 am

Quite possibly the biggest news ever... Donald Trump is the next US president. What do you guys think? Are you shocked or excited? What do you think a Trump presidency will look like?

We're discussing it in class, and by discuss I mean the teacher and one other super pretentious student are having an open, loud conversation about it with the only class input being pointing out small details and laughing at any quips the two of them make. As of right now it's gotten off rail and we're talking about domestic state politics.

As for me idk. Definitely surprised but I'm kind of ( scared ) excited to see what comes out of it.

I think he will do a fair job, and he'll probably be helpful for a post-brexit UK. I'm hopeful.

I give him a month before he says something stupid and causes a war. I can't say it would have went any better with Hillary though.

Glad to see someone interesting for a change. Politicians here in Ireland are boring.

That being said though, he seems very dangerous and off-the-chain. XD

I grew up with very progressive and socialistic ideas and here in the Netherlands it's rare to find anyone who openly supports Trump.

I think Western civilization is rapidly straying off the steady road that the generations before us had. We're in a time where traditions are pissed on and society is catering to the absolute lowest common denominator. I'm totally okay with gay-marriage and equal rights for woman but it jumped us off a slippery slope for degeneracy. Extreme feminism, LGBT special rights and the unnecessary destruction of old traditions in order to make way for minorities. Those are not okay.
I think Trump as president is an important victory for conservative ideals. I will say he's not a good example of values, seeing as he's basically an honor less loudmouth. His personality is far from ideal. However his election will inspire the conservative people who've been falsely labeled as racists & bigots for years to finally take a stand against the liberal degeneracy. Liberals can cry all they want but democracy proved them wrong.

I was very glad he was elected.

Specifically what part of the Hillary's agenda would fall under this category?
