Help please - submitting new videos?

I could use some help if anyone is available, I am not sure how to post videos on this forum can someone teach me I tried the top options but they dont seem to appear like the old forum darkdemon?
Im pretty sure I am doing something wrong If someone can teach me the method that would be awesome, cheers.
