Everything's a bit too teleport-y and there's alot of flashes,(frames that are completely black or white) any any movements there are last for about 3 frames, I'd like to see some real movements before I judge your skill level.

Really nice aesthetics on your animations, but your movements are extremely rushed and that lowers the quality a lot. Use more frames, make your movements clean.

You have super Fullbodies Bro.

Also you have a style like XMG, which I like it.

Holy shit you're very talented at stickmaking. Movements look rushed tho.

I like that you use colors.
Actual fucking colors on everything.
Not just black and white.
I like it.

You have a really enjoyable style. Very flashy and a lot going on, makes me want to watch everything at least a couple of times.
Take your time with movements though, like most people point out. You're animating fast to the point that things become a blur, the fact that your key poses are readable is saving you right now but I think you can get a lot more out of your animations.
Effects and look are totally spot on though (thumbsup

The One Pece one is my favorite, you really nailed its animation style, with its long stretches and snaps, One thing I would say is try more on focusing fights on the ground, and try not to make the fights so flasy and cinematic. You don't want a case of style over substance

Insanely awesome stick making, but bad usage of flashy effects that take up the entire screen. Makes it hard to follow whats happening, especially in the One Piece animation.

Your animation skills are but a fraction of your stickmaking skills. If you want to improve i suggest you should spend more time to practice movements without any distracting flashy effects.
