A lot to work on here.
For starters, your lack of physics is what's caught my attention first as, for after the the grey stickman (we'll call him offensive) kicked the black stickman (defensive) it's almost seemed like two feathers landed on each other. I imagine that on the kick, if you want to keep the defensive to keep his feet on the ground, he ought to support the offensive's weight, and that usually won't show unless you use the proper pose and physics.
Because the offensive's momentum going towards the devensive's torso, he has to find a way to support the weight and still keep his balance: The momentum is pushing the devensive opposite his direction, so to keep his balance he has to move a leg way backwards to distribute weight equally.Power is applied to his torso, so he has to give back the same amount of power to stay put. When the offensive flips forward to drop the defensive to the floor, as i've mentioned earlier, no weight was shown. A thing that could have been fixed with less frames and a more adequate spacing. A spacing that's more consistent since the one you're using is so... How do I put it? Stop-and-go? Your segments stutter with their movements which result in it being non-consistent. For smoothness, since the motion arcs are not curvy, per say, you ended up with a jittery motion. So, pay attention to your arcs if you want to keep your movements clean. If you don't know about motion arcs, they're basically this
Hope that helped. Keep it up.
