Run Tribute
Ok, overall it's quite nice. There's not much wrong with it at all. The little bounce he does after he lands etc is cool. But i think overall the movements can look stiff in areas. Don't be afraid to loosen the limbs up a bit, moving most of them every frame. Your avatar is actually a nice example of this, very loose and dynamic.
From frames 17-20 the poses seem to be a little off to me. I believe his knees should be closer to his head because the flip itself moved at speeds that would've warranted the tighter tuck. The forward momentum also looks like it was stunted during this movement as well. I know the camera is supposed to be following him as he moves but i would suggest moving him forward just a little bit as he's mid flip until he hits the ground. This way it doesn't stunt the momentum as much.
Everything after he hits the ground is ok up until he hits his first hurdle. He's quite stiff as he jumps onto it. I would say, to add a little more anticipation in the form of a subtle bend in the knee before he jumps. But because it was such a small jump i don't think it's needed. Instead i would have him crouch and touch as he hits the hurdle, adding a little dynamism and fixing the stiff look he had whilst jumping.
When he meets his second hurdle, he seems to become completely static for a moment. The camera speed also doesn't help this at all. Like i said above, this is another case were the movement can be helped by making it a little more dynamic as opposed to static. As he connects with the hurdle, he should slip down it a little before pulling himself up. Physically this should happen anyways as his weight would be too heavy to just land completely static, he should definitely slip down a little bit.
I've highlighted the above points and animated them to give you a better idea of how it should look. Ofcourse it's roughly animated but it should give you a good idea i think.

As he comes in from the side his forward momentum is cut off too quickly. I would ease into a stop rather than jumping to it a little more. But when he lands everything is "A" ok.
Keep at it man, your acrobatics are really impressive
