lots and lots of practice
i draw literally everyday, and i force myself to keep drawing things i'm bad at/not very comfortable drawing until i'm no longer bad at drawing it
also, constantly revise basic shit
i'm always revising basic shit to strengthen my understanding of it
there's no real way to 'get good' though since people benefit from doing different things, some people benefit from just cracking down and drawing a whole bunch while others benefit a lot more from looking at tutorials so just find what helps really
