Burns off calories making toast, gains back calories eating toast. XD

Funny video, didn't think that it would take much energy to make a slice of toast. I was wrong. :)

Well it looks like he can't just peddle as fast as he can. There is resistance behind his peddling making it much harder than riding a bike. But with that said, his calves are the size of an elephants calf, so I'm surprised it was still so hard for him. It makes you realize how we take so many things for granted.

I'm guessing it takes more power to cycle, so he can generate more energy in less time. It'd be a boring video if he had to sprint for 10 minutes to achieve the same.
